We have the capability to locate water lines, plastic and metal such as copper and ductile iron, using radio transmitted, plastic water line locator (thumper) or ground penetrating radar.  We may even be able to hear the line leaking with our sensitive listening device.  Once the potential leak area has been found we can locate and clear the area of the utilities that may be in that particular dig zone so as not to cause damage to other utilities while repairing the utility.
